SHIPPING NOTICE
Portmeirion ships most packages via UPS Ground; see the table below for rates and the UPS service map for information on shipping time. We can ship to APO/FPO addresses or to PO Boxes, using either UPS SurePost or FederalExpress SmartPost (which coordinate final delivery through USPS); these services have no ship time guarantees, but generally, you should add 3-4 business days to the anticipated regular ground ship time. Add $10 to each rate for shipping toAlaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands.
Please note that we are unable to ship outside the US.
Estimated shipping times apply to in stock merchandise. Please contact customer service to verify availability. Portmeirion Group Designs LLC retains the right to require signature for receipt of select orders.
We reserve the right to dispatch orders by alternative Couriers and/or we reserve the right to dispatch large orders by pallet delivery. In the event this option is used by Portmeirion, no tracking information will be sent, however, shipping information is available from Customer Service.
Delivery is free for home fragrance orders over $50. For orders under $50, refer to the table below.

- Allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed in our distribution center in Waterbury, CT.
- Ground UPS shipments take 1-7 business days to reach any location in the continental US from our distribution center. For shipments requiring UPS SurePost or FedEx SmartPost, add 3-4 days to estimated ship time.
- You will receive an email notice of the UPS tracking number when your order ships.
